1. Before You Begin

• Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64).

• Restart your computer before launching Arcane.

• Have your activation key ready.

• If the game has just updated, wait for confirmation that Arcane supports the latest patch.

Account Risk

Using cheat software can result in account restrictions or a ban. An “undetected” status does not guarantee protection.

• Do not use your main account.

Windows & Security Settings

2. Configure the Discord Overlay

Complete these steps before launching the game:

1. Enable Developer Mode in Discord.

2. Enable the Discord Overlay.

3. Disable Legacy Overlay, if that option is available.

4. Disable other overlays to avoid conflicts.

5. Set the game’s display mode to Borderless Fullscreen.

After injection:

• Stay in the game; do not tab out while waiting for the menu.

• Allow up to 3 minutes for the menu to appear.

• Do not start or stop a Discord screen share.

3. Install & Launch Arcane

1. Download the loader using the provided download link.

2. Place it in a dedicated folder.

3. Right-click the loader and select Run as administrator.

4. If the loader updates, launch the newly downloaded file.

5. Enter your activation key and press Enter.
   To paste your key into the command window, use right-click.

6. Restart your computer if prompted.

7. After restarting, reopen the loader and wait for it to finish.
   During initial setup, it may request up to three restarts. Reopen the loader after each restart.

8. The loader will close automatically when loading completes.

9. Launch the game and allow up to 3 minutes for the menu to appear.

Menu shortcut: Press Home or Insert to show or hide the menu.

If the loader continues requesting restarts after the initial setup sequence, contact support.

4. Common Issues

The loader closes without an error

1. Install or repair the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64).

2. Restart your computer.

3. Try launching the loader again.

4. If it still closes unexpectedly, contact support.

The menu appears, but you cannot click it

1. If you use Steam, launch Steam without administrator privileges.

2. Check that the Discord Overlay is enabled and configured as described above.

3. Disable conflicting overlays, including the EA App overlay if applicable.

4. Confirm that the game is running in Borderless Fullscreen.

5. Restart the game and try again.

If support instructs you to run a separate overlay application as administrator, confirm which application they mean before changing its launch settings.

The menu does not appear or will not open

1. Allow up to 3 minutes after injection.

2. Stay in the game while waiting.

3. Try both Home and Insert.

4. Check your Discord Overlay settings.

5. Confirm that Arcane supports the current game version.

The menu disappears or visual features stop working

1. Check whether the game recently received a patch.

2. If it did, wait for a compatible Arcane update.

3. Verify the game files using your game launcher.

4. If the issue continues, contact support before reinstalling the game.

“Make sure all antiviruses are disabled”

Record the exact message and contact support.

Do not troubleshoot this by downloading unknown registry files or broadly disabling Windows security features. Ask support to identify the specific compatibility issue and the supported resolution for your Windows version.

5. Hardware & System Errors

“AES instruction set is not supported”

The loader is reporting that the required AES capability is unavailable.

Contact support to confirm compatibility with your processor and discuss refund eligibility if your hardware is unsupported.

“Please enable Intel VT-X” or “Please enable AMD-V”

The loader is requesting CPU virtualization.

Depending on your hardware, the BIOS setting may be labelled:

• Intel Virtualization Technology or Intel VT-X

• AMD-V or SVM Mode

Use your motherboard or computer manufacturer’s instructions to locate the appropriate setting. Contact support if you are unsure which option applies.

“VMX/SVM is not supported”

Contact support with your CPU model, Windows version, and a screenshot of the error.

Ask them to confirm whether the problem is hardware compatibility, a BIOS setting, or a conflict with Windows virtualization features before changing Hyper-V or boot settings.

Secure Boot errors

Examples include:

• “Please disable Secure Boot in the BIOS”

• “Secure Boot keys are incorrect and need to be enrolled”

Contact support with the exact error and your motherboard or computer model.

These messages describe different conditions. Do not repeatedly enable and disable Secure Boot or change its keys without instructions specific to your system.

“Unsupported firmware”

Contact support to confirm the required boot mode and disk configuration.

Do not convert your system disk or reinstall Windows based on this message alone. Back up your data before any support-approved disk or boot changes.

“Incorrect HWID”

Send support a screenshot of the error and mention any recent hardware or Windows changes.

If support requests hardware diagnostic information, provide it privately. A failed diagnostic command alone is not sufficient reason to reinstall Windows.

6. Contacting Support

Use the support chat in the bottom-right corner of the website.

To help support diagnose the issue, include:

• A screenshot of the full error.

• Your Windows version.

• Your CPU and graphics card models.

• The game launcher you use.

• The step where the issue occurs.

• Any troubleshooting you have already tried.

Do not include your activation key, passwords, or other private credentials in screenshots.

If remote assistance is requested, verify that you are speaking with official support before sharing an AnyDesk session, and remain present throughout the session.

   You can easily disable Windows Defender using dControl. Download it and run the application to turn off Windows Defender.
